Hello, I'm Nikki Parsons

I am a qualified Cognitive Hypnotherapist and Personal Development Coach, based in Bognor Regis, West Sussex

I'm glad you have found me, because if you are feeling that you need help with a problem but don’t know who to turn to, my approach may be able to help you…much faster than you may imagine.

I am also qualified as a humanistic counsellor, although I believe counselling can be very effective for many people, I became particularly interested in working with the unconscious mind

I have found that this can swiftly help you change limiting beliefs and/or negative thought patterns, enabling you to make significant and positive shifts in your inner consciousness
I am an advanced Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) practitioner and have worked in this field for 7 years
I hold a membership of the Association for the Advancement of Meridian Energy Therapies (AAMET)

I was fortunate to undergo my training at the renowned Quest Institute in London.

I work with both children and adults.

I work with couples using an approach called Lovebirds based on the best selling book by Trevor Silvester.

I am a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) which is the leading regulator of hypnotherapists in the UK.

I offer a free half hour session to discuss your therapy and together we can decide the best way to bring about the changes you wish to make.
I am calm, patient and completely non-judgemental.
I work in a respectful manner and can empower you to achieve your desired goals.
